Flamingo Point USVI's offers
a range of accommodations and extensive facilities
on Water Island, USVI. As Water Island has no
airport, visitors should fly into Cyril E. King
Airport. From this point visitors would board
a ferry which operates daily between Crown Bay
Marina on St. Thomas and Phillips Landing on
Water Island. (Approximately 10 minutes by ferry
from on St. Thomas).
The property's amenities include a 4 bedroom,
2 bath, and a large Great Room comprised of
the living, kitchen, and dining area. The Great
Room extends into a wide, wrap-around covered
porch with 270 (degree) panoramic views.
Standard amenities include, an alarm clock radio,
balcony/lanai, TV, coffee maker, hairdryer, iron,
ironing board,and telephone.
*Our Registration Policy is as follows:
$500 deposit is required to confirm your reservation.
50% of total rental amount is required 60 days prior to arrival date
Remaining total rental amount is required 30 days prior to arrival date.
Payment in personal check.
If reservations are cancelled 60 days prior to arrival date, deposit will be returned less 25%.
If reservations are cancelled 30 days prior to arrival date, deposit will be forfeited and any rental monies already paid will be returned to you.
