4 private bedrooms – King size beds, 400 thread count sheets, closet and dresser, bedside table, large windows, 8 foot sliding glass door in 3 of the 4 bedrooms,

2 bathrooms – Bathroom on the south side of the home with tub/shower.  Bathroom on north side of the home with shower.

Full kitchen, 28 cubic foot 4 door refrigerator, electric stove and microwave, chest freezer, dishwasher, ceiling fan and lights over the task areas.  Whatever your cooking expertise, you should find everything you need to chop, bake, fry, grill, broil or sauté.  In the louvered door pantry you will find small electric appliances as well as coolers that you can take to the beach and lots of space to store your groceries and other provisions.

Large open concept area combining kitchen, dining and living areas.  High cathedral ceilings.  Ceiling fans.  Chandeliers over the dining table with seating for 8.  2 sofas.  2 chairs, desk, end tables and coffee tables.  8 foot sliding glass door – western view.

55” LED High definition TV, DISH network satellite TV, blue ray HD DVD player with connection to internet, Wii (sports package), DVD movie library, CD/MP3 music player/stereo system.  Wireless Internet.  Cell phone service signal strength very good.  Check with your local provider for rates on your calling plan in the VI.

Washer/Dryer.  2 sets of linens/towels provided including Flamingo Point/Water Island moniker beach towels.  Beach umbrellas and chairs.  Coolers (hard and soft-sided).  To make Saturday evening at Heidi Honeymoon Grill special, tablecloths to dress up the picnic table.  Pea Pod Plus for small children. One set-up of Toilet paper, paper towel, kitchen garbage bags and hand soap Off-street and plentiful parking.

$2,300/week.  Minimum weekly stay. Special holiday rate - $2,500/week Christmas & New Year.  We will not rent to vacationing students or singles under 26 years of age unless accompanied by an adult guardian or parent.
