Registration Policy: Once you’ve confirmed your dates, I will customize the registration and rental agreement documents and email to you. Once you’ve reviewed, completed and signed the documents, the primary guest will scan and email or USPS mail to me. Once I receive the completed/signed documents and the deposit, your reservation will be confirmed.

We accept payment by check.  Payment schedule is as follows: 

  • $500 deposit to confirm your reservation.

  • 100% of total rental amount is due 60 days prior to arrival date

  • If reservations are cancelled 60 days or more prior to arrival date, deposit will be returned.

  • If reservations are cancelled 59 to 30 days prior to arrival date, deposit will be returned less 25%.

  • If reservations are cancelled less than 30 days prior to arrival date, deposit may be forfeited. Any rental monies already paid will be returned to you if we are able to book another guest for the period of your cancelled time frame.

Booking dates are confirmed when we receive:

  1. A signed copy of the "Rental invoice".

  2. A signed copy of the "Rental Rules Agreement".

  3. $500 deposit

 

Policy and rates:

  • Minimum stay 7 nights

  • Weekly Rental is $3,000 ($429/night)

  • $300 cleaning fee

  • $500 deposit will be returned within 5-10 days after departure (less loss or damage, if any)

  • Flamingolow (1 bedroom, 1 full bath, living area accommodation for up to 2 persons) $1,000/week + $150 cleaning fee (Note: Flamingolow is rented only in conjunction with the main home)

  • Transportation: Golf carts can be rented from https://rachaelsrentals.com/. We can also offer as an alternative for rent our Subaru Outback ($400/week) and/or the F150 crew cab with safari in the back ($500/week). Our vehicles are for transportation on Water Island and must be licensed drivers 26 years of age or older with valid automobile insurance policy.
